What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Diagnose and repair LP, diesel, and electric forklifts and material handling equipment.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and safety checks.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
  • Handle both in-house and on-site service calls.
  • Maintain accurate records of service work and parts used.
  • Ensure tools, equipment, and vehicles are used safely and effectively.
  • Communicate clearly with the service team and customers.

What You Need to Have:

  • 2+ years of experience in forklift or heavy equipment repair.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Working knowledge of hydraulic systems, fuel systems, and engines.
  • Valid driver’s license (required for field/mobile roles).
  • Ability to read service manuals and follow technical instructions.
  • Certification in equipment repair or technical training is a plus.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities in the material handling and equipment industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with warehouse managers, construction contractors, and industrial clients.
  • Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and product solutions based on customer needs.
  • Follow up on leads and manage a pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with service and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

What You Need to Have:

  • 1+ year of B2B sales experience (preferably in industrial equipment sector).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical products and services.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, email, and MS Office.

While many roles are based on-site, some positions – especially in field service or mobile repair, may require travel to customer locations.
