— FAQ

Common questions, plainly answered.

Every 3 years minimum. We run annual recerts to keep records tight and so a single incident doesn't reset every operator's clock. Annual is what your insurance carrier wants.
Both options. Initial cert can run at our Elmhurst classroom (we have demo trucks) or on your floor (we bring instructors + a portable testing protocol). Recert is usually on-site.
Initial certification: ~4 hours classroom + 1-2 hours practical per operator. Annual recert: ~2 hours total. We schedule in groups of 6–12 to keep it efficient.
New hires roll into the subscription pro-rated. We schedule them into the next available cohort and certify before they touch a truck.
Yes — Class I–VII. We certify per class, so an operator certified on counterbalance is not automatically certified for a reach truck. Each class certification is included.
OSHA requires retraining for the operator involved. That retraining is included in your subscription, plus an incident-investigation walkthrough at no extra charge.
