Any business hour a covered truck is out of service due to mechanical failure (operator damage excluded). We start counting from the moment your dispatcher logs the ticket in our portal.
Per truck per month. We publish a monthly report showing service hours / scheduled hours. Miss the SLA two months in a row at Gold or Platinum and we credit one month's plan fee.
Platinum tier includes a 48-hour permanent loaner if your truck is still down at 48 hours. We then either repair-and-return or place a replacement unit on the same plan — no new contract.
Yes. Add or remove trucks at any time with 30 days' notice; the next month's billing prorates automatically.
Not at any tier — operator damage (forks through racking, dropped loads, collisions) is billed separately at our standard repair rates. We do bundle the parts inspection that follows incident-repair into your tier.
Every major brand on Chicago floors — HELI, Toyota, Crown, Yale, Hyster, Linde, Cat, Komatsu, Mitsubishi, Raymond, Clark. The truck stays with the dealer you bought it from for warranty; we cover everything outside warranty.

Platinum customers: Total Coverage™ is the brand name for our Platinum TM&R tier — same coverage, marketable name. Current Platinum customers transition automatically at renewal at locked grandfather pricing — no action required, no surprise invoice line items.
